ModelCHECK to identify erased or suppressed annotations in drawing

Is there any way ModelCHECK to identify erased or suppressed annotations?

There are cases where for some reason there are few annotations (notes, symbols or balloons) are accidentally hidden or references missing (suppressed) and its important to clear this up before release.
