Not Able to open File

Dear Sir,
The PTC Creo Parametric-2, Part drawing, Assembly drawing & drawing files are i am not able to open in Pro/E wildfire 5.0 system.
if any import path can i use or newly install the PTC Creo Parametric-2 software. Kindly give me the suggestion, Creo Parametric how can open the file in Pro/E

please transfrom the iges or step format, then restart it, i am in China ShenZhen City! welcome you!

PTC software is not backwards compatable, you'll have to start with an exported file as mentioned above.

Exporting as a neutral file will work as well. It also has more information that is transferred compared to IGES and STEP.
