Not able to create BOM balloon in assembly model

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 2.0 (connected) 2.0 M250

Need support on creating BOM balloon in assembly model.

BOM balloon should be provided for each part in assembly model.
It should be parametric balloon & it can be annotation.
All balloons or annotations provided should be under assembly model.

More information is needed to troubleshoot your issue.  A screen shot would help to see what you have.

Taking a shot in the dark, The BOM table in the drawing needs to be from the same simplified rep as the view in the drawing.
