Pattern Revolves on an Angle

I am somewhat new to pro/e but have used catia v5 in the past so I have some experience with 3d modeling..

I am attempting to pattern revolves (2) on an angle and am getting stuck. The first layer (a circle with diameter 'X' revolved around the z axis) will be the biggest in diameter 'A', 2nd layer (a circle with diameter 'X' (same diameter as the circle below it) revolved around the z axis) will get a little smaller in diameter 'A-1', and so on and so forth. From an isometric view the overall volume will look like an incomplete cone, and from the right or front view it will loook like a trapezoid with the z axis being the center. Does anyone know how to pattern something like this? It almost seems like there needs to be a pattern within a pattern.. or am I thinking about this too much?

Should I create an axis concentric with the center points of where each revolve would lie with a defined start / end point? If that's the answer, how do I do that - I have tried and I am not able to do so.

Thanks for any and all help!
