I'll just tackle one for now, importing assemblies.
Starting with Wildfire 5 you can no longer import directly into an existing assembly file. Instead you use the profile options to specify what templates you want the new parts and assemblies created from. This is where you would choose your start parts that have the accuracy set the way you need.
