Problem with extrude cut

I´m trying to make a extrude cut up to an offset surface from a face.

It works fine while the sketch is simple.

But when I add our logo it just doesn´t work.

Everything looks fine in the sketch, the areas are filled.

It works well when I extrude it a specified depth, but up to surface just doesnt work.

I have checked that the logo extrude meets the surface.

Hello, whenever i encounter any kind of problem like this, my first port of call is model accuracy. Try altering this & see if it makes a difference, more often than not, it does.

Any error messages in the message log? Is there text in your sketch (actual text, not curves)? I seem to recall that extruded text has limitations as to what it can be extruded to, but I'm not certain abuot that.

Can you extrude it to a distance and use the "offset - replace" tool to replace the bottom surface with the surface feature you are trying to extrude up to?
