An issue for Creo 3; quilts no longer show up - specifically the quilts associated with ECAD KEEPOUTS. If I open a part done in creo 2 they show up but if created in Creo 3 they don't

I have tried turning layers on and I can see a 2D outline of the keepout...Bug?
