The Report Generator is an add-on module to CoCreate's BOM Editor. With the Report Generator, access BOM data, format it, and save as PDF, HTML, Microsoft Excel.
Produce a well-formatted Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Create dynamic BOMs in PDF, HTML, or Excel formats.
- Print a BOM directly to a printer.
Design your own templates
- Use any attribute available in Model Manager. Simply drag attributes into your template.
- Use complex print when structures, e.g., “only print lines where the attribute type has the value Purchase part.”
- Use calculations, e.g., total weight or total number of parts, based on attributes in the report.
- Design different page-oriented sections like title, page header, column header, detail, column footer, page footer, and summary.
- Use text masks, e.g., date could be represented as Wednesday 03 November 200” or as 03/11.
- Use page-oriented texts like page 1 of 12.
Build from example templates
- Generic: Reports all lines of the BOM onto the report.
- DIN6771: Reports according to the DIN 6771A standard, for example.
- Manufacture report: Outputs all manufacturing parts.
