Is it possible to set the default format of a pdf document?
The help file "To Set the Format of the PDF Document" lists defaults including:
* The PDF output is in color
Is there a way to change this default to Grayscale?
Also, is there a method to set the default preferences such that the Fonts (under content) defaults to "Stroke All Fonts"
