I have an assembly with numerous simplified reps. When I assemble a new component onto the master assembly I would like it to be excluded from my existing simplified reps. Is there such an option? I'm on Creo 2.0.

I don't think there's a way to do that if your default rule on the other reps is set to "Master". Perhaps you could redefine your default rule on your existing reps to "Exclude". That way, any new parts will be excluded.
