It would be useful to be able to create a true skeleton type network for cabling.
If you need to route a bunch of cables through the same network (for example if you are routing up through a cable guide on a server rack), right now you can create a dummy cable and only put a network in there. Then every other cable you create you can share the network from the dummy cable network. However, if the locations on the initial dummy network change, the rest of the cables you shared from don't automatically update. You have to go back in to each cable you shared from and share again. It's time consuming. Need to actually link the networks instead of just copying them.
