Sketched feature as UDF

Hello

Is it possible to have a sketched revolve feature as a UDF that only uses a surface and an axis for placement?

I do not want to use a sketched hole because it does not give me the flexibility I need..

Incredibly, old revolved UDF's created with the previous
"datum-on-the-fly" sketch plane, still can be used with only a surface
and axis selection.... They seem to work 90% of the time....



I'm afraid at a minimum, a sketch plane and orientation reference will
be required to create the revolved section and will be prompted for.
