Fast, thanks folks. Open the part you want to mirror and select File > Mirror.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. While it is not a complicated process to create a mirror with an assembly, this is very simple. My co-workers which are not normally excited about Pro/E thought this was very cool. 😉
