Summary: SolidWorks to ProE Conversion

Original Question:
Does anyone know a method to convert a SolidWorks part into a ProE part and have all the features remain intact? SolidWorks has a ProE option under the "SaveAs" command but it only produces a "dumb" solid when opened in ProE.
Answers:
There isn't a method that's built into the software. There might possibly be some independent software on the market but I did not delve into it.

Thank you all that responded.
