Hi everyone, currently my Creo software is crashing. i can't use some commands like sell… my version is 6. how can i fix it. thank you

Is it giving an error messages? Is it crashing on other models or just one model? 

With just the information you provided, there isn't much help I can offer.

You are in the community forum, most of us are just users (like you) who like to help other users.

If you can provide more information, we may be able to help.

If you can't provide more information, it will be difficult.

At this point, my suggestions would be to temporarily rename all config.pro files and creo_parametric_customization.ui file and restart creo. If the problem goes away, then your problem is in your config.pro file or creo_parametric_customization.ui file. 

If that doesn't work, remove and reinstall creo.
