Sweep Blend in Express?

Hi , years ago I used Co-Create PE to loft a hull shape for a boat using the Loft tool. Now I have Creo Elements Modelling Express I can't find it , as Loft or Sweep Blend . Has it been removed? I can't activate my old CoCreate PE either , any help on either of those issues would be great.

Under the Modeling tab, in the Model group, there is a …More dropdown.  Under that is where all the loft tools should be.  If it is grayed out, then you don't have the license or are using the free version, so it won't be available.
