Techniques for driving from spreadsheet data

Greetings

This is a request for inspiration from exploiters of parametrics in Pro|E. We have WF 4.0

The actual problem is messy so I hope this distillation explains the need. I want to model a shaped groove feature on the inside of a cylindrical casing. I think this feature will be a swept blend. For simplicity let us say the groove is rectangular. I have a spreadsheet giving the desired width and depth of the section rectangles.

Please can I have ideas for how to automatically generate the section shetches on a pattern of planes from the spreadsheet table of rectangle data? There is too much data and too many cases to try to do it by hand.

TIA

John Prentice

ps - In case you are wondering the actual section sketch is defined by 6 coordinate points - If I can do a rectangle I think I can generalize easily.
