we look forward to the coming Christmas and New Year’s holidays now.
I'm design with afx for a year and provide some observations and recommendations.
1.project name:
I think afx should work quickly ,but we must be config the option ,
now about use to top-down design of the named code in afx/equipment ,
Unfortunatelly ,I config the element.txt ,but can not arrive my named code,

So we must be established the top-down named code from AFX library,
For example：
Project_short nf10
first subassembly nf10_1
first sub-subassembly nf10_1_1
second sub-subassembly nf10_1_2 and so on
first part nf10_1-1 (belong to first subassembly nf10_1 )
second part nf10_1-2 (belong to first subassembly nf10_1 )
second subassembly nf10_2 and so on
first part nf10-1 (belong to assembly nf10)
second part nf10-2 (belong to assembly nf10)
2.profiles
2.1AFX can provide some more profiles，for example, rail
2.2 So AFX can also provide axis design .
2.3. We are asking 3D sketch in assembly mode and create 3-dimension profiles,but now AFX can only create 2-dimension profiles.
2.4. AFX can't create length fo bend profiles by curve way.
3.connectors/equipment/udfs
If we add axis profiles to profiles file ,we must add axis features (Keyway，Center hole，Retaining ring groove,and so on)
4.screws_and_pins:
we are often used to design double nuts in structure
5. AFX should be support more standard parts, D:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 3.0\afx\parts\prolibrary,
6.drawings:
6.1 we can create drawings of components assembled by AFX as well as automatically dimension profile and plate-shaped parts.
Usually,we create the drawings of parts and assemblys in afx, the drawings are in memory,so we modify the models as well as create drawings and save the drawings(click Drawing tools ▶ Save all component drawings.) .But ,there is an important quetions about automatic drawings，if we clear the models from the memory , and then we load the models and modify the models ,then we click Drawing tools ▶ Save all component drawings ,so now we should found all drawing by this command re-createlly. ALL Drawings are created before lost.
6.2 When we should found all drawing by this command re-createlly ,and we clear the models from the memory , the dimensions by automatically are disappearing when we open the darwings again.
6.3 can we create drawing as drawings(***.drw) ,but not from format (***.frm)? This method should be create balloons automatically.
6.4 can we control automatically drwings of every part ,if one or more parts don't create darwings, so we set parameter to decide YES/NO drawing.
