Can't see what you're talking about because we are not allowed to open Word files or other macro-vulnerable data types. Sorry.
If you are using a the hole tool you should be showing the model notes (third from the left in annotations tab) not a dimension. There is a note that is generated with most standard hole types within the hole tool. That is what you want to display.
If the note doesn't display the way you want you can edit each individually (see link below), or you can customize your global holes with .hol files as well
