Most likely you intended to do this as a tech support ticket instead of a community post.
When you go thru tech support there is an option that you will need to select to send as tech support, unfortunately it defaults to the community.
The community in general can't help with traceback logs.
Most often these are due to a graphics card. Are you using PTC supported hardware?
Have you tried the config option:
graphics win32_gdi
This option needs to be set before you launch Creo.
