Is anyoneserving ProE (WF4) and Intralink 3.4 (M062) using VMWARE?

If so, are there any issues going to this model I should be aware of?

Hi Paul!

All our designers (more than 100) start up Pro/E Wf 4 and Pro/I 3.4 M070 from a virtualized Windows Server 2003.
We never had any problems.

Is your FlexLM on the same virtualized server? if so, did you have to do something to ensure the NIC address never changes?

We run several FlexLM services on a VM. No issues with the NIC/MAC address. It remains constant.
