New to ProE, WF4. Have large assy with quantity balloons all on drawing
sheet 1. Subsequent views/sheets are troublesome to place REF balloons.
Don't remember this being trouble before installing a couple updates.
Now at build M170. I thought I could select any item as a REF balloon
after the quantity balloon(s) consumed all items. Anyone else have this
problem? What is the issue?
