Window jumping and scaling issue during window drag attempt

We just upgraded to Creo 10.0.2.0

Here is a new problem I have which I  can duplicate by any action involving trying to drag a Creo window or even a dialogue window within the main Creo window such as a "Measure Summary" box.

In this example, I made a measurement on the part. The "Measure Summary" box appears covering up the smaller measurement box, so naturally I want to drag "Measure Summary" to the side to reveal the smaller measurement box which it is blocking.

The moment I click and hold on the Measure Summary Box to move it out of the way, the Creo Window jumps half off the screen.  I let go of the mouse button and it returns to normal.  (Video Attached)

How do I fix this behavior when I go to drag a window?
