computer and/or graphics card recommendation?

What would be your recommendation for the most economical computer and/or graphics card for running Creo, specifically Creo/elements direct modeling express 4.0?

Economical as in watt usage? Or economical as in cheap purchase price?

If you mean watt usage anything newer is more efficient then anything older (in general).

If you mean purchase price, then the cheapest thing that you can find that meets the minimum specs to run the software. If you follow the "supported hardware" guide it's probably not going to be economical in the price sense. So look at the minimum OpenGL level (for DME 4.0) which I THINK for creo2 is 3.1 and just make sure whatever you buy has that as minimum.
