create and make creo2.0 load a personalized library of appearances from a defined folder

Hi everyone,

My problem is the next one:

In my company, we use less than 15 appearances and textures for our designs, owing to the fact that all our devices have similar colors.

However, we are not able to give to creo 2.0 the path of a library. We would like to create once for all our colors and textures, moved them to a specific folder, and then use them all the time. We would like that when we click on "RENDER" and then "APPEARANCES GALLERY", our personalized appearances are on the section called "LIBRARY".... and that directly after opening creo.

Does anyone know how to do this, which is so simple on other programs that I have used before???

In config.pro, set pro_colormap_path to the FOLDER that contains your appearance.dmt file.

pro_coclormap_path x:\ptc_settings\config

I have found with build 220, that I need to manually select the file the first time to populate the appearance editor with our coors. After that, the colors are all there.
