cut on underside or revolve cut

I have a cut the I need to make under an edge of a revolve cut. My mind is drawing a blank and I cant figure out how to handle this cut.

I am attachinf the model that I am working on. On the large end of the part is some slots. The outer ledge in the slot needs to have a cut on the bottom. A part drops in the slot and there is a lead chamfer on the ledge underside. I am on wf2.0.
