editing dimensions problem...

I've gone back from 4 to 3 and have new configs, not all of my own doing. I've also "inherited" somemodels and drawings with a rather "liberal" take on dimensioning (I've got limits, nominals, plus-minus and ±symmetric types all on the same drawing!)., When I RMB on a feature in a model and selecting "EDIT" the dimensions display in "mode" that they were set in the drawing, which in most cases is "LIMITS". Is there a way to EDIT the nominal value easily? I know I can select the dimension, RMB, select PROPERTIES and change the display to "NOMINAL" and then change the value, but this is rather cumbersome. IS there maybe a config option to "force" the display to nominal to make quick editing easier?

thanks in advance...

Paul.

You can use the config.pro option"tol_mode" and set value to "NOMINAL"

And with the "tol_display" option you can switch on/off the possibility of editing the tolerance mode in the dimension properties dialog box.
