Hi again,

i figured it out. For anyone else who did not know, you use object, in the layout tab, & then you have the possibility of creating a new spread sheet or importing an existing one.

John

Ok, i have gotten a little ahead of myself here. Yes, you can import the excel sheet as described, but how do you control the size of it? My drawing is A2 landscape & when i insert object, & select the excel document it takes over my drawing completely. I just want to show the spread sheet in one corner of my drawing while still being able to see the drawing views.

You can just grab the edge and drag it to resize it
