multiple Theta point charts/spline tables on one part

I am working in CREO 8.0  and I am trying to show multiple theta point charts/ spline tables in a drawing for one part. When i create the theta point chart/spline table it only shows me the values for one of the splines. How do i get 2 separate tables for the 2 separate splines?

I've never heard of a "theta point charts" or "spline tables" on a drawing. Is this perhaps something that your company has built into Creo? Is it a function I'm not able to access because of available Creo modules? Or just something I never saw before? What menu provides this function?
