open system window won't stay open

Good Morning Everyone,

One of our users is having an issue when trying to open a system window (Creo 2, M020). It opens for a split second and disappears. Has anyone seen this before? Opening the window through the start menu works fine, just not through Creo.

He doesn't even have the terminal_command in his config file at all. I thought that would be the ticket.
