Can you attach a screenshot of the error or is there any more information included with the error message?
That's actually a Windchill error, not a Creo one. It seems there are some problems with Windchill database, you can find more details about this issue here: CS240266.
In short, unless you're administering your Windchill server, you should report it to your admin, who should investigate and attempt to fix the issue on your Windchill server. Other than that I'm not sure if you can work around it on your side (except probably recreating the model with different names and trying to upload it again).
