I need to construct a parametric BOM balloon that is just like my qty balloon but is reference. My qty balloon uses either a right-hand or left-hand placed qty. I would like to have a rh or left hand place REF for the reference balloon. I can make a mapkey to switch to alternate balloons as needed.
Example:
[cid:image005.jpg@01C9FE4F.54CEA4B0] so a reference balloonw would look like this: [cid:image006.jpg@01C9FE4F.54CEA4B0]
I can't use the split balloon reference that pro/e will give you automatically [cid:image007.jpg@01C9FE4F.54CEA4B0] because it doesn't meet our standard (although we have no standards). I thought I could just use it as my symbol template, but it's doesn't allow me to redefine it...
Anyone have any ideas how I can create this reference BOM balloon and keep it parametric to the BOM?
