set dimension font size based on zoom ratio

Hi

When I'm zooming the model/part the dimension font size also zoomed accordingly. Is there any setting so that it automatically sets dimension font size based on zoom ratio so that entire dimension is visible irrespective of zoom ratio?

I used TEXT_HEIGHT_FACTOR 30 & have set text_height as 0.3 but even though when I zoom the entire dimension is zoomed as shown in the image below.

You may try a session without any config.pro/.sup or other customize file. Is it in part or drawing?
