sheetmetal bend note orientation

I copied ansheet metal part and got the drawing copied as well. When I showed the bend notes for the new part, the notes had moved from above the line to below the line. See Attached. This is consistant throughout the drawing. Does anyone know how to change this back, or how it occurred? TIA

I'm not for sure how it occurred in your situation, but I always thought
that it was ABOVE the line if it was a bend UP, and BELOW the line if it
was a bend DOWN.

In your case, these are both bend downs???

Yes, Both are bend downs.
