i assume the question is about design template in Creo Schematics catalog.
- if the template is based on other templates in the catalog - you can open the template for editing and modify it with 'Change Sheet Format' tool , but the change will not be propagated automatically to existing design sheets using that template; you will have to use 'Change Sheet Format' also for these design sheets (and select the updated template).
- if it is the only template you have in the catalog, you will have to create new template according to your needs and do above OR just replace it in design sheets (if required )
