Cannot Extend Wiring Fiber Across Sheets

I am using Creo Schematics Release 4.0 and DatecodeM010

Context: I have updated the creo schematics wiring diagram template. The sheets currently in the design work perfect fine.
Issue: After creating a new sheet with the new template I cannot extend a wire fiber from the new sheet to an existing sheet. As soon as I click "insert break" schematics gives an error.

Here are the errors that I faced
Internal Error (001) occurred. Use the Check Database tool and contact technical support for assistance.
