Hi
I have two questions regarding Creo Illustrate.
1, Is it possible to remove the text Min Dist when you measure a distance. The customer would like to just have the dimension for example just 105 instead of Min Dist 105
2. How could you remove ",prt" in the name when you use a callout with item Tag?

Solved! Go to Solution.
There is currently no option to remove the label in front of the measurement result.
The same is true for removing the extension on the display name, the only way to not have it show up in the callout is to manually rename the items in the sBOM to remove the .PRT.
These could be good candidates for a product idea.

1. As explained by @agarland
2. Sort of true but it depends. Depends on the type and format of attributes you have attached to parts in Creo/Windchill. It could be as easy as finding an attribute which is always implicitly added to parts on check-in (epmdoc type) or inside Creo template and selecting its value in the callout template in Illustrate:
I use "IDENT" always, which is stripped off of the file type extras.
