When you attempt to open a .asm file an error comes up saying, "Creo (R) View - productview.exe has stopped working". It seems to open .prt files fine. Any help would be appreciated.
my suggestion is ... create new part and put it in new assembly and save both files into same directory. Then open an assembly. This test will tell you, whether the problem is reproducible on simple object.
