Opening .dgm file

I'm trying to open .dgm file in creo parametric 2.0.

It is showing me an error "This functionality requires one of: DIAGRAM". 

How can I open this file in Creo?

ResolutionLicense for Pro/DIAGRAM module is required to open or create new diagram file

Chanveer,

As Deven mentioned you needs Diagram licenses to open DGm files, DGM files are diagram files. This license needs to create new diagram files as well.
