Beautiful weather weekend in Michigan this weekend. Hopefully where ever you are, you are able to get out and enjoy the creation around you. Yesterday, all four World Cup games ended in a draw.Last time all four games played in one day ended in a draw was 1958.

Be blessed. Our math teacher did not lie; we are still doing word problems: If the soccer game starts at 8:30 AM & is 30 minutes away & the football game is at 9:00 AM & is 20 minutes from the soccer game; both kids need to be at their respective fields 30 minutes early, what time do you leave? Extra credit: How much of each game will you actually get to see?

Monday (Memorial Day in the US), we will be remembering those who served our country and gave the ultimate sacrifice. I will be hosting a breakfast along the channel at Holland State Park. If your going to Vegas next week maybe we will see each other….  I recently called an old engineering buddy of mine and asked what he was working on these days. He replied that he was working on “Aqua-thermal treatment of ceramics, aluminum and steel under a constrained environment.” I was impressed until, upon further inquiry, I learned that he was washing dishes with hot water under his wife’s supervision.

The beef here is served in: 7oz, 11oz, 13oz, 17oz, 19oz & 23oz portions.   It's Prime Rib!!!

After false spring, we are heading into late winter this weekend. Hosting a pizza and game night Saturday evening at our church. With a malts 'n mixin' chaser. Road tripping tonight/tomorrow to see if we find some sun and some warmth. Today reminds me of the ethylene glycol boilers I designed for a previous employer whose sole work was to boil liquid natural gas on very frigid day when the natural evaporation process wasn't fast enough to fill the gas pipeline.   Stay warm out there!   Lawyers don't hunt elephants, but they do follow the herds around arguing about who owns the droppings.   (To Be Continued…)
