May ask how you have rolled out Creo 3.0 to user that do not have administrative privileges? In the past I was always able to just zip up the loadpoint of WildFire4 and extract it to any machine that needed it. It seems that even the silent install would require the users to have admin privileges?
The zipping up of Creo 3.0 seems to work but then I have issues the first time you click on the info icon of a model in Windchill when it launches Creo View for the first time, again with the user not having admin privileges.
