Update *.iam in Illustrate

When assemblies are updated from Inventor in Illustrate, parts are positioned incorrectly. Apparently, the transformation is taken from a deleted part. This problem does not occur with PVZ files from Creo.
Do any of you have experience with Inventor and Illustrate?
