Contact in Pro/Mechanica

Hello, I wonder if someone can help me to sort out what the difference between the contact you get by this using this command:

Insert>Connection>Contact

and the one you get by the folowing:

Insert>Connection>Interface and then chose contact.

I am not interested in stress and displacment in the contact area, I just want to transfer the force and moment between the parts.

Insert>Connection>Contact... there is no more such functionality. So interface is the only way to insert contact.
