EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION when trying to unpack a .STEP file

Hi All,

 

I am trying to unpack a 316MB .STEP file in Creo 4.0 M080, however while attempting to unpack creo will often freeze and eventually come up with the fatal error with traceback log, the traceback log is as attached

 

Just wanting to know why it's bombing and how I might fix this if I can even fix this (I am on a company workstation that uses a launch window to launch Creo)
