I am experiencing this same issue.
The Drag tool notices the Clash and pushes the object.
When I run the analysis, it ignores this push option and just goes right though the object highlighting the clash.
Is anyone at PTC looking into this issue?

Our workarounds could circumvent the weaknesses of the simulation.
