Product : Arbortext Isodraw 7.3M100, floating licences.
We have a problem with Isodraw, which freezes for 5 seconds almost every 10 seconds.
Isodraw is installed on a physical computer (no virtual machines), and the workers uses it directly from the computer (not through remote connection).
We have 2 different geographical locations (LOC1 and LOC2), and the problem occurs only on LOC2.
The installation is the same on every computer. The only difference seems to be the licence server, which is physically on LOC1, where the problem doesn't occur. With a ping, reaching the licence server takes 1ms from LOC1, and 10ms from LOC2.
Where can it come from?
