Hi Bruce To me that sounds like your 3B2 template is failing and not sending the required hartbeat to the monitor, the agent therefore gets shut down. I would start by open up the job template (.3f) and run in on a desptop version with the same in-put and parameters in a debug (format log etc) mode to trace the problem.
