Continuous chapter page set

In Style sheet, Chapter is splited with two context. One with "Chapter first chapter in bookmap", assigned with start new page and use Chapter page set. Next with "chapter everywhere else" with out start new page and no change in page set.

In the output PDF, first chapter comes in new page with Chapter pageset as expected. But the other chapters comes continuously in a page, with front page pageset. Not taking the chapter pageset.
