Making of warning tables

Hello! I'm still learning Arbortext Editor and have a new question. How can I create this element to prevent the tag. I'm trying to use the properties of the context, but not very successfully.

Hello!

You can use a Note markup and fill the type attribute with warning. It inserts automatically the Warning text (not the image) and you just have to modify the Stylesheet to insert the image and to create the frame.
