The simplest way is to save the FOSI with a filename that is the doctype
name and store it in the doctype's custom doctypes' subfolder. (That's more
of a mouthful than it should be!) For example:
...\mydoctype\doctypes\mydoctype\mydoctype.fos
In this scenario, your DTD would be:
...\mydoctype\doctypes\mydoctype\mydoctype.dtd
Close and reopen Editor if it was open while you did this. Also, do not
have a mydoctype.style located in the same place. It will take precedence.
